What is Possessing an Instrument of a Crime?
We just updated our section on misdemeanor crimes in Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Municipal Court to include a discussion of Possessing Instruments of Crime charges. Possessing Instruments of Crime is a particularly common charge in the Philadelphia Municipal Court.
